Sample at the brewpub. This brew is a hazy yellow color with a medium fluffy white head that diminishes slowly. Top ring of lace with spots underneath. Wheat and sweet spice in the nose. Light, clean body with wheat and sweet fruit flavors, along with a bit of yeast. The finish is short and fruity with a clean wheat aftertaste. Average overall.

Mar 23, 2008 Beer is only slightly cloudy and much more clear than I expected in an unfiltered wheat. Aroma was wheat but none of the classic hefe banana, clove, or orange. Flavor also offered none of those but only wheat. It was very disappointing in this regard.
