COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our flagship beer is based on a turn-of-the-century recipe that quenched the thirst of miners during the Klondike Gold Rush. Smooth and richly malty, this altbier goes well with any meal.

Enjoyed in bottle form at Barbara’s Fish Trap in Half Moon Bay, CA. This was pretty much an average Amber Ale, malty in taste but little to no aroma. Relatively crisp as well. Just average but still good.

Light amber color. Sweet caramel aroma, malty balanced with some bitterness. Light, oily body/palate. Light and simple, yet good complexity for the style.

Murky in color with a small head. Aroma is mostly malty with a faint hint of floral hops. The taste is nice. Malty without being overbearing and the hops give a nice finishing crispness.

Pours translucent rich bright ruby with a creamy beige head. Aroma of citrus and caramel. Taste is a great balance of bread, sweet citrus and caramel again with very minmal husky grain bitterness. Incredibly smooth and easy to drink. Now I see why people always asked me for this so much when I worked at a beer store (not distributed to middle TN). It’s something main stream as far as taste but still appeals to people used to more flavor in beer.

I tried it for the first time and was almost impressed. Would like to try it again, but it would have to before the other 4 that I tried that day.

Had at home. Pour was a clear amber. Little head. Aroma was sweet malts and some orange Peel. Flavor was light with some floral and bark accents.

22oz bomber! Straight from skagway Alaska! Crisp golden amber pour. Refreshing hoppy wheet. (banana? I don’t think so) I’m going!
