COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our flagship beer is based on a turn-of-the-century recipe that quenched the thirst of miners during the Klondike Gold Rush. Smooth and richly malty, this altbier goes well with any meal.

The beer welcomes you with a yeasty and slightly fruity aroma. Very appealing. And, then you taste it. I could easily pound a couple on a hot day - very smooth and refreshing. This isn’t a beer to be savored. It is a beer to be drank. Just a readers note. This is NOT a american amber. It is an alt beer. Don’t expect sort of body/malt/hop notes to this beer.

22oz bottle. Pours clearish amber with a very thin, fizzy white head. Smells crisp malty, caramelly sweet. Tastes crisp, sweet malty with some caramel and slight earth notes. Medium body, crisp carbonation.

Poured a dark amber with a meager white head from the tap at Papago. Faint aroma of red grapes and apples in the nose that carries into the flavor, which prominently features the taste of caramel. Medium bodied with an enjoyable sweetness, but nothing special.

From tap at Pizza Port, Carlsbad. Pours clear and golden amber with a diminished white head. Smooth caramel malty aroma, light fruity hoppy too. Smooth caramel and more pronounced fruity hops flavour. Lght and delicate. Fresh orange and peachy fruity finish.
