3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 dpjuart (889) - Indiana, Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 19, 2008
22 oz. bomber, 8/11/08 - Pour light red with orange/amber hues. Foamy white head. Good carb. Smells of apple and slight caramel. Taste is much the same, apple and caramel with mild hop bitter and crispness at the end. Maybe a touch of chocolate in there. Nothing special, but not bad.

On tap at the Knitting Factory. Flavors of nut and roasted malt permeate this beautiful beer. Not bad at all. I used to not be a fan of this one. I guess my tastes are changing?
3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 Beaver (873) - Fort Collins, Colorado, USA - MAR 23, 2008
22 oz bottle. Pours a clear reddish amber with a fine off white head that goes to a thin film that laces the glass.
The aroma is sweet caramel malts, toffee and some fruit.
The flavor is slightly sweet caramel, toffee and biscuits with a little fruitiness and enough bitterness at the finish to balance it well. The mouthfeel is medium bodied.
Overall, nothing too exciting but this is a well made, well balanced and enjoyable brew. This reminded me a bit of Fat Tire, but better.
3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20 kimcgolf (872) - Dacula, Georgia, USA - APR 6, 2007
UPDATED: APR 7, 2007 Poured to a dark copper color, with thin off-white head that dissipated quickly and left little lacing. Aroma was a very pleasant blend of malty dark fruit, peat and a hint of smokey wood. Flavor was not quite as pronounced, although more of the same. Mouthfeel was slightly sweet and rich, and finish long with a slightly sweet aftertaste. I could not drink many of these at once, but a good tasting sipping beer.
3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 brenn79 (859) - Idaho, USA - MAR 17, 2010
12 oz. bottle- Pours amber color with average head, aroma is sweet malt , it’s very light and refreshing. The flavor is also malt, but is better than your average amber ale. I am having a hard time saying anything about this beer because there is not any overwhelmingly good or bad things to say about it, so I’ll just say cheers!

22oz bottle. Nice carbonation. Golden amber color. Flavor gently malty and fizzly on the tongue. Light syrup. Light body. Bitters become more noticeable the more you drink. A decent beer...
