COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our flagship beer is based on a turn-of-the-century recipe that quenched the thirst of miners during the Klondike Gold Rush. Smooth and richly malty, this altbier goes well with any meal.

One of the most attractive beers I’ve seen: warm copper color and a billowy white head. Holds its own in taste, too, with a nice sweet and bitter combo (mostly sweet, especially on the finish). This is the best of the Alaskans (so far) that I’ve tried.

The main issue i had with this beer was that it disappeared WAY to fast. Nice easy aroma with a simple but pleasent taste, nothing harsh or bold about it.

Bärnsten med ragning åt koppar i färgen. Smutsvitt skum. Söt maltighet och torkad frukt i doften. Maltigheten och en lätt,lätt rostad ton i smaken. Något tunn.

Pours a beautiful amber with a thin light tan head. Nose is of sweet malt. Very creamy on the palate - the taste is malt, honey and a hint of hops on the finish. Smooth not bitter. A good, but not great, beer that is best served with a Wisconsin brat smothered with onions.

Clear copper thin head. Subtle malt aroma. Moderate malt flavor, light bitterness. Medium light body, light bitter finish. Needs more bitterness for an alt, but nice session beer

Fratto (1814) - Arlington, Texas, USA - DEC 16, 2011
Bottle from Grandma Fratto. Light orange pour with an off-white head. Aroma is a little toasted, very caramel, and sweet. Taste is cardboard, chocolate, light spice, and burned caramel.
