This is new to the Valley, so I grabbed a single bottle last week at Total Wine & More. Not a big fan of Alaskan beers, but this one was great. It had a REALLY hoppy aroma, and a nice smooth hop flavor. This is a very well balanced beer. Nice lasting finish, too. Well done, Alaskan!

A very tasty and appealing American Pale Ale from Alaskan Brewing Company. I would happily have another.

Pours lightly cloudy honey color with a well retained off white colored head. Aroma is nice citrus hoppy aroma with some light spiciness and a bit of biscuit. Taste is enjoyable being mostly bitter, spicy and just a tiny bit of sweetnees. An enjoyable American Pale.

Poured from a 12oz bottle into a tulip. Pours orangeish gold with a medium / thin off white head. Smells like grapefruit, slightly hoppy, kind of astringent. Tastes citrusy, piney hops, a little more astringency. Light body, bitterness doesn’t linger very long. Overall it’s slightly better than most typical grocery store micro brews. Not a bad option for someone who wants Zombie Dust on a budget.

Hazy golden, citrusy and tropical aroma. Flavor is citrus and hop forward with a well defined toasty malt backbone. Light body, lends a slight watery feel. Very easy very drinkable. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Hazy gold, white lacing. Mild, fresh hop nose. Medium-bodied palate is fresh and easy- drinking with a mild, citrus bop flavor. Very nice.

Poured up a interesting light amber almost orange with a strong hop aroma. The taste though kind of took the initial desires away. Has a very destinct taste of grapefruit almost to the point that I was thinking I was drinking straight grapefruit juice. It’s not bad but it is not great either.

Poured a finger of head on a hazy, medium straw colored body. Great aroma. Bright grapefruit with a touch of pine. The taste is wonderful. Moderate grapefruit bitterness with a bit of honey sweetness in the middle, finishes with moderate pine bitterness. The texture is soft with just the right amount of fizz. Superb.
