Can on Alaskan Airlines Flight 28. Pours a clear gold with a slight amber hue and a near white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of grass with some sweet grains and bread backing. Flavor has light sweet grains with a bit of grass and a hint of earthy citrus.

Can at home. Pours clear orange with a large, frothy off-white head, long retention with good lacing. Aroma is grassy, citrus, and herbal hops with peach esters and cracker malt. Flavor is moderate grassy and citrus hops and bitterness, light malt, peach esters and a dry finish. Light body and moderate carbonation.

Almost an IPA. In fact, I would call it an IPA. The hops and bitterness are there, just not the ABV. Quite good.

16 July 2015, tap at Alaskan Brewing Company. Yellow, clear, no bubbles. Nose is lemon and some grassy hops. Thin body and moderately fizzy. Granola malt and grapefruit and lemon citrus with some bite. Nice.

Really good summer beer. Crisp and refreshing while being well balance and not to bitter. Large white head with plenty of lacing. Medium light copper color.

This one was the first one from Alaska Brewing that I tried and it was really good. Easy to drink from start to Finnish smooth not bitter. Would recommend.

Bottle pours amber with persistent white head. Citrusy aroma, followed by a light pale malt and not much bitterness. Overall, the structure is too smoothly mono-themed for me.

12oz bottle poured into a shaker. The aroma is a bright floral and citrus with supporting tones of light bread which eventually settles on a caramel aroma near the middle of the glass. The beer is clear and oily with an amber hue and a white head that has a light, filmy retention and only a light lace. The taste is a medium / medium high sweet and medium bitter. It’s smooth with a light zip of a carbonation, and a medium body with flavors of bread, caramel, and oranges that finishes crisp with spice and sweet citrus. The finish is a bit waxy with a citrus rind character that mellows quickly and leaves an aftertaste of mild toast and citrus.
