3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
On tap at Yard House Houston. It pours a lightly hazy dark golden body and a small, dense off-white head. The aroma has some caramel maltyness, but it’s the hops that dominates. Pine cones and some citrus notes. Quite dry on the palate, with a soft carbonation, medium to full body. There’s a nice bitterness in the flavor, both initially and towards the end. Pine cones and some hop pellets. Not bad at all, but it’s somehow boring anyway. 131112

3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Marigold with a thin white head. Big, sweet, citrusy nose. Taste is pretty one dimensional, mix of piney and citrusy bitterness without malts balancing it out. Fairly thin bodied, clean and dry palate.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Pours golden blond with a small bright white head. Aroma of citrusy hops, tangerines, with hay, biscuity malt, farm smell, nice. Lean body, some nice malt flavor, toffee, and good bitterness level; there are some pleasant hop qualities, but probably was not stored too well. Light to medium body, moderate carbonation, fizzy mouthfeel, and a crisp finish

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
12 oz bottle. Pours a murky amber-copper color with a medium white head that slowly recedes to a splotchy film. The aroma is kinda nice with grapefruit, oranges and a bit of sweet malts. The taste is a good bready malt base nicely accentuated by light citrus hops. The palate is full and smooth with lively carbonation. Finishes long and dry with lingering bready malts. Overall: Not stellar, but decent and tasty.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Nice fresh hoppy aroma with a light sweet malty backbone. Appearance is a not-so-attractive murky copper with a thin white head. Looks like it would taste like dirt, but it doesn’t. The hop character in this is very nice but the malt falls a little short and isn’t as flavorful as it should be. Carbonation is perfect and lively. Overall its pretty good, but i wouldn’t buy it.

2.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 7/20
Bottle. Pours orange with nice thick white head. Smells very piney with a touch of sweet orange. Tastes a little disappointing after the aroma. A slight touch of citrus hops, nice piney finish. Overall, it’s much lighter than I was expecting it to be, thin. Sessionable. Boring.
