12oz bottle. Pours amber with a white head. Fruity, sweet, pine, citrus. I enjoyed this the more I drank. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle - Orange, caramel and boozy heat. Clear gold with a decent beige head. Lots of orange and a bit of medicinal and herbal notes. A bit boozy and just not that great. Huge miss.

UPDATED: APR 13, 2014 Awesome double ipa, on tap at the LA beer festival, 8.5% so not too intense, thanks Chris, golden pour, frothy white head, hoppy aromas, citrus and piney finish.

Bottle. Pours a deep orange with a thin head. Moderate malts, medium body. Hops are herbal and pine like, and seem to be balanced nicely with the overall brew. Finish is somewhat sweet. A respectable offering.

Poured into wine glass, beautiful copper color with amazing clarity. Small ebony head with pretty good retention and moderate lacing. Wonderful grapefruit, tangerine, piny aroma. Not much malt character showing through but not overly bitter, finishes a little dry. Nice drinkable dipa.

Poured from 12oz bottle, pours a clear burnt orange with a soapy off white head, aroma has a nice citrus touch with a little bit of dank resin as well, still smells pretty light and enjoyable though, the flavor has a piney front end with a good amount of fruit and citrus in the finish, abv is pretty well hidden through out, lighter mouthfeel, really not bad at all.

Juicy! Not like it has juice in it, more like it is juice. Hop juice, I guess. Fresh squeezed. Mostly pine and citrus.

Location: Draft at BRC, 4/1/14

Aroma: It has a resiny aroma, with some pine, and caramel notes
Appearance: Murky dark orange pour, with a white head, and a rather coating lace
Flavor: The taste is very much the same, with resiny hops, pine, and a mild caramel sweetness
Palate: This one has a medium-full body, with a soft carbonation, and a really nice mouthfeel
Overall Impression: I liked this one. It was a really nice DIPA, but even moreso, it had a great pour and a great feel. It probably won’t live up to other beers I have given a 4.2, but I just couldn’t think of reasons to go under a 5 on appearance or palate.

Tap. Yellow/orange pour with white head and a lot of lacing. Smells of a lot of hops and slight malt. Tastes of the same with a bitter finish. Very good.

Good start with a very nice hop aroma but the flavor was not there, a good beer but overhyped
