This IPA has a nice honey color with a minimal head. The beer is a nice hoppiness to it , not to strong and not to light. This beer is lightly sweet with a nice amount of spice.

Aroma of light hops. Pours a very light gold with a thin foam top. Taste is an almost flat hop bitterness with no other flavors behind it. Overall, this is a very bland and boring that offers nothing. Another huge dissapointment from Alaskan Brewing. I’d give this an F rating.
3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 musinj6 (74) - St. Louis, Missouri, USA - FEB 3, 2012
Pours a clear golden with small head that lingers and eventually leaves moderate amount of lacing. Citrus and pine aromas appreciated up front. Very small malt profile. Possibly a little roasted malt appreciated. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Bitter up front with a very slight sweetness that is there for only a moment. Short to medium finish. Hops disappear fairly quickly. Overall a solid IPA. I would drink again.

(bottle - 12 oz) Cloudy orange pour with a frothy white head. Dry and bitter hop aroma with some floral and peppery notes underneath. Flavor is a bit dry at the start with a mild caramel backbone followed by a dry and very bitter and lingering hop bite. Decent but not that balanced for my taste.
