COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The very intense, complex aromatic character with a refreshing, crisp finish is achieved by dry hopping. The fruity, citrusy aroma is a nice complement with grilled prawns and spicy foods.

Bottle, pours a rather yellow color, with a decent white head, mild hop aroma, some light malt sweetness, and medium hops, a sessionable ipa, really a sessionable IPA? hmm.

Seems more like a Pale ale than an IPA. This is clear and golden with what would be called a ring of white bubbles along the glass for a head. The aroma is sweet, and citrusy; some light NW hop notes. The taste has some crystal, pale malt notes up front and then some piney hops on the finish. This is very light and crisp, an easy drinker. Light to medium-light body and mildly carbonated. I could easily drink this again but it is not quite hoppy enough.

Bottle, as they were out at the brewery tasting. Very typical of the style. Over hopped and under malted. As a hop head, I can get into this, though.

12oz. Bottle: Aroma of hops and caramel malt. Poured gold/yellow in color with a small, off-white head that diminished but lasted as a film on top of the beer. Clear. Slightly sparkling. Flavor is medium bitter. Tastes of hops, grass, pine, and slight caramel malts. Medium body. Slightly dry texture. Average carbonation. Medium bitter hop finish.

12 oz bottle. As far as IPAs go, this is very standard. There’s nothing special about this, nothing experimental, bold, or risky; it’s just an excellent example of the style. Very basic but very good.

Aroma is full of nice piney hps and nice complimentary malts. The appearance is a light golden color, which is very clean in appearance. The head is a thin white collar. Flavor is very nice with a nice amount of hops, matls, spices, and a real clean taste, perhaps due to the quality of the water. The palate is very easy to drink, smooth all the way through. The quality of the water in the mix is unequaled. Excellent brew.
