COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The very intense, complex aromatic character with a refreshing, crisp finish is achieved by dry hopping. The fruity, citrusy aroma is a nice complement with grilled prawns and spicy foods.

??? Unimpressive from start to finish. The lack of hop profile begged the question of whether I was drinking an IPA or a slightly hoppy pale ale. The nose was the only enticing dimension of this mediocre offering from a brewery that is capable of much better. Big disapointment.

Aroma was very good but not too impressionable. looks great but tsted a little flat in CO2 and in hop character. Almost more like a mild pale ale! Still very drinkable

This yellow beer poured with a massive off-white head and a yeasty aroma. There is a caramel malt flavor with some light hop bitterness. This seems like a pretty good session beer, but nothing special.

Bomber. intriguing smell with a hint of citrus. Body is a lighter golden brown. A smooth beer with not very much bite; fairly drinkable.

Bottle. Pours with a small, foamy white head over a chill hazed, yellow to gold body. Light lace. Aroma is grassy and grainy with a few citrus hops (very mellow). A bit of bread and a touch of wheat. Taste is grainy with some pine hops, a bit of soggy malt, and a touch of caramel. A touch of spicy hops. Lively carbonation and watery. Alcohol is a bit noticeable.

Aroma of hops, but not too strong. Slightly citric and floral but also bit of an earthy scent as well. Golden in color with a small off white head. Taste is of malt and dry hop flavors. This is a pretty good beer but is not nearly as hoppy as most american IPA’s, could almost be classified as a strong pale ale.

Bomber from BevMo in Scottsdale. Clear light amber pour and small white head with a little lacing. Fresh pine and spruce aroma. Mild citrus and biscuity flavor with notes that reminded me of their Winter Ale. Mouthfeel a bit on the thin side. Dry snappy finish. Not your everyday IPA and worth a try if you can get your glass on one.
