COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The very intense, complex aromatic character with a refreshing, crisp finish is achieved by dry hopping. The fruity, citrusy aroma is a nice complement with grilled prawns and spicy foods.

Serving glass: Poured from bottle into Nonic Imperial Pint. Best by date of July 23, 2011. Appearance: Clear, light gold without much head and no lacing. Looks a little too lager-like. Aroma: Tangerine, with light grapefruit and tropical notes. Some toasted malts. Taste: Dry, toasted malt backbone with borderline tart grapefruit and tangerine co-mingling. Finish is slightly bitter and spicy, but fairly light overall for an IPA. Palate: Moderate carbonation, light to medium body with a very dry finish. A little lighter than I prefer but the tart-like dryness is great. Overall: Very nice everyday IPA. Not too bold on flavor, but what is present is quite enjoyable.

Bottle 12fl.oz. @ home.

[ Trade by Meilby ]. Clear medium orange yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate hoppy, perfume, fruity, citrus - peach - pineapple. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, thin, fruity, exotic fruit. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110824]

Poured a dark golden color. Smaller head. Aroma of softer citrus hops and some caramel notes. Medlite bitter, lite sweetness, ends sort of abruptly. Med lite bodied, slick texture. Light carbonation. A weaker ipa than most but still very smooth and drinkable.

Pours a copperish color. Typical hoppy aroma, a bit of skunkyness to this was a surprise. Flavor is a mix of caramel malt flavors and hops. Ok.

On tap at Bigfoot food and spirits. Very light colored for an IPA...thought I was given a coors light. Bitter pinch of herbs.

Pale yellow pour, tall white head, good lacing. Citrus aroma. Thin body, not much in the way of hop flavor. This would be a decent pale ale, but it is a boring IPA.

Fairly typical IPA, with notes of citrus, pine and hops. Still, well balanced and very drinkable.
