COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The very intense, complex aromatic character with a refreshing, crisp finish is achieved by dry hopping. The fruity, citrusy aroma is a nice complement with grilled prawns and spicy foods.

citrus, pineapple aroma. Big pillowy head. Citrus, resin flavour, with more-ish finish of honey, marmalade and a rounded bitterness. Slightly mineral finish. Very easy drinking.

On tap at Nick’s in Oceanbeach. Pours a nice golden hue with a very citrus hoppy nose. A pretty typical IPA, with lots of hops present paired nicely with melon and grapefruit backfill. The finish was dry and not overly bitter. All and all a very decent IPA~

Bomber - great nose, crisp pine with some citrus (lemon?) - tastes as it smells, but a bit more subdued and a little watery. Solid IPA, nothing special, but I felt like having another immediately, so bonus points for that and the price.

A sturdy, dependable IPA. Nothing special, but it’s a good ace in the hole.

Pours clear amber-gold, with a thin white head, fine lacing. Strong pine aroma, with some grass, dough and caramel underneath. Medium body, velvety, lightly dry. The malt flavors are subtle, caramel, white-bread, turning into citrus and a sweet grapefruit finish. Mild bitter pine-resin aftertaste. Very drinkable.

22oz in mug. Clear gold with tall, lasting foamy white head and attractive lace. Bright citrus and slight metallic nose. Flavors are comparatively muted, but there are some ok apple notes in there somewhere. Big carbonation doesn’t quite go far enough to sharpen the mouthfeel.
