COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The very intense, complex aromatic character with a refreshing, crisp finish is achieved by dry hopping. The fruity, citrusy aroma is a nice complement with grilled prawns and spicy foods.

bottle-i have had this beer a few times since i started rating again, but now i had it recently. clear orange with a soapy white head and very nice looking carbonation all through the glass (and from what i remember, my other samples were like this). nose is more fruity than you would expect-grapes, lite citrus, with a touch of grain and pepper. flavors of grainy malts and spicy hops-not really the most bold ipa out there but something here works....i dont know what it is. I would call this an "ipa lite" for those out there that want some hops, but dont want to be killed by them. this is your beer.

This India Pale Ale pours a deep orange gold color from a 22oz bottle. Small to medium sized white foamy head. Aroma is citrusy and floral, very fresh. A medium bodied IPA. The malts are caramel, fruity and sweet. The hops are citrusy and grapefruity. It seems to be more hop forward than it used to be, but I have no notes and am going from an old memory here. Decent balance. This beer is hoppy without being over the top or over aggressive. Lively carbonation. It’s a touch grassy in the finish. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is dry and crisp. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.

Aroma was grainey hop ,followed by a little grapefruit rind and pine needle, lighter body ,hop dominated flavor,I didn’t get the caramel malt balance that everyone else was tasting, this brew had an overabundace of bittering hops, so bitter at the finish, there was almost an acedic sourness to it,the beer is to light for that much bitterness. After I put the glass down ,my mouth tasted like I had been sucking on a lemon rind

Bottle (in NZ), pours orange gold with a filmy head. Strong hop aroma of juicy fruit. Plenty of hops on the palate, deliciously citrus and moreish, with an earthy finish.

Bottled (thanks Kalevi Kurronen!). Goldeny orange colour with a mediumsized white creamy head which leaves some slight lace. Aroma is fruity and floral hops along with ome sap, caramel malts as well as quite grassy and bready notes. Flavour is quite much the same along with some mild herbal notes. Quite fruity and floral hoppy finish. Nothing mindblowing, but a pleasantly balanced mellow IPA.

A soft cold pour produces a tall head that slowly subsides leaving sticky snail tracks and textbook lacing. Aromas of fresh cut citrus rind. Full nectar w/ low carbonation creating an almost oily texture. Wonderfully balanced and hop forward, the malt factors in perfectly never becoming sweet. Theres a tasty candy necklace component that peaks my interest. Fresh and fruity, bright and delicious. The finish is bittered well and lingers w/ fruit. A nice specimen on the mellow side.

Bottle from cbkschubert, Thanks Craig! Nose of floral hops; light copper with a small white head; flavor of medium hop bitterness with some pininess, the bitterness lasting into the finish. Good underrated IPA!
