COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The very intense, complex aromatic character with a refreshing, crisp finish is achieved by dry hopping. The fruity, citrusy aroma is a nice complement with grilled prawns and spicy foods.

Thanks Shawntana. Golden yellow with a large white head that leaves some decent lacing. Aroma of pine, citrus and some bready malts. Taste of citrus, especially grapefruit and some sweet malt with some twigs mixed in. Finishes up moderately bitter and that bitterness tends to last awhile. Decent, but not spectacular.

Fairly typical IPA, with notes of citrus, pine and hops. Still, well balanced and very drinkable.

Bomber. A decent IPA though nothing spectacular. To be fair this was tasted immediately after Alaskan’s Smoked Porter so it didn’t stand much of a chance at a high rating.. (actual tasting was on 2/19 - catching up on a marathon tasting session from a couple weeks back)

12 oz. bottle. Pours slightly cloudy golden color. Dry cirtusy hops in the nose. Taste is dry with some hoppy bitterness, but less than I expected. Not a whole lot else going on. Decent but nothing special.

Pours almost transparent gold, with minimal off white head. Nice aroma - bready, citrus, a touch of honey, bitter hops. Flavor is quite hoppy; still some of the bread/biscuit flavor, pine, resin, a bit floral. Long bitter finish. Pretty nice, sessionable IPA.

It poured a clear golden color with a white head. The aroma was crisp with a strong grapefruit nose. The taste was of grapefruit and caramel malt. Not a bad IPA.
