On tap at Good Microbrew in LA. Color was a clearish dark gold. Aroam of sweet malt, caramel, citrus and flowers (just a bit of those). Flavor wasn’t really good; not nearly as good as the aroma. Decently bitter. Ok.

UPDATED: OCT 14, 2009 very flowery. has a kind of nice resiny quality. pours a really pale color, not what i was expecting. got it on tap in cayucos CA. nice carbo and mouthfeel though. not a bad beer for a lighter style ipa but it definitely doesn’t stand out.

Bottle. Gold / yellow color with a thin white head and some visible carbonation. Aroma of citrus / lemons, floral hops, and some pine hops. Pilsner-like malt flavor with a little citrus and pine hop finish.

12oz bottle from a buddy from work. A bit old I’m thinking. 12 oz. bottle. Pours slightly cloudy golden color. Dry cirtusy hops in the nose. Taste is dry with some hoppy bitterness, but less than I expected. Not a whole lot else going on. Decent but nothing special.

Bottle, 355ml - Clear golden orange beer with a small head. Aroma is fruity with notes of caramel and grapefruit. Flavor is malty with notes of citrus, caramel and grassy hops. Nice and typical IPA, nothing more nothing less.

Pours an orange color in the glass with a small white head. Smells citrusy and floral with definite malt presence. Tastes light and crisp, a good balance of hops to malt. Tasty.

Bottle from Market of Choice in Ashland, OR. This IPA was not as piney or fruity as I’m used to. The citrus tasted a cross between lemons and limes with a little floral. Also, it was reasonably malty.

Not overly hoppy. Crisp and finishes clean though a little bitter on the end. Will definitely try again. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
