COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The very intense, complex aromatic character with a refreshing, crisp finish is achieved by dry hopping. The fruity, citrusy aroma is a nice complement with grilled prawns and spicy foods.

Bottle - Perfectly clear light amber pour with a thin foamy white head. Love the aroma on this--tons of citrusy hops with some pine mixed in. A little onion. Reminds me a bit of the hop profile on NG Moon Man. A bit of honey sweet malt in the background--yum. Flavor is roughly the same--real clean, citrusy hops and a light sweet malt base to give it a little form. Dusty yeast on the finish, along with some lightly spicy hops. Blown away at the low ratings on this--maybe there’s quality control issues? Tastes more like an APA, but that’s fine with me--I dig it.

Bottle. Really nice hoppy aroma. Almost crystal clear, light gold body with steady rising bubbles. Rare to find an IPA that is this clear and this light in color. Nice, hoppy IPA with a stand out finish. One of the better everyday IPAs available in the Twin Cities market

Bottle. Clear coppery golden color with a bright white, fizzy head. Light piney, perfumey hop aroma with some malt coming out as it warms. Taste is an immediate crisp hit of pine and a hint of sweet caramel malt in the background fading to a nice herbal bitter finish. On the high end of medium bodied with a creamy feel on the palate. A typical eye-opener of an IPA. Very nice.

UPDATED: MAR 6, 2009 Thanks to Skyview for sharing. Pours a light orangish golden color. Light earthy citrusy hoppiness on the nose. Very dry hoppiness, but the flavor is very muted. Not that great. re-rate 3-5-09 This is a hell of a session IPA, of course fresh could help, as I am in NW MT now, but it was well balanced with a nice piney floral hoppiness and a nice subtle malt backbone.

Pours a clear golden with lots of effervessence and a good billowy white head. Aroma is grassy with some nice citrus. I’ve had countless IPAs with grassy aromas, but I doubt I’ve ever had one with a grassy flavor, until now. Very earthy, wonderfully spicy with a very good hoppiness, but not without a strong malt backbone with a good grainyness. This is really a nice IPA, far better than I had expcected, if a bit one dimensional.

UPDATED: MAR 21, 2011 12oz bottle split. Filtered, relatively light orange-tan. Small, soapy head. Pretty clean and easy drinking. This is a classic IPA, dry and resinous. Well done.
