COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Fresh, crisp and inviting, this golden ale is a favorite with crab, prawns and salads. The floral aroma of hops is derived from dry hopping during the fermentation process.

Draft sample at the Schlafly Repeal of Prohibition Festival. Pours a clear gold color with a finger-thick white head. Aroma of grassy and citrusy hops, pale malts, sugar, straw, and cereal. The flavor is along those same lines, with a little bit of mild spice. Light-bodied, with moderate carbonation and a dry, grassy mouthfeel. Reading this description, it doesn’t seem like much but this was a nice, easy drinking beer.

Bottle at the Desert Rose, bubble-wrapping the Total Wine hoard. Brilliant gold, slim white cap. Juicy hop aroma hinting at lychees and cream, grapefruit, soap and biscuit. Balanced, delicately tropical GA swaying between lychee, grass, buttered crackers and a drying, peanut-type nuttiness. Softly carbonated, crisp and good.

Tried this for my first time today. I wasn’t too impressed. It was disappointingly plain.
