Golden orange topped by a marshmallowy-thick off-cream head. Very nice. Light toffeeish biscuit, candyish fruit, citrusy hops. Mellow, yeast-tinged cookie malt. Caramelly-sweet with a hint of fruit. Hops balance sweetness somewhat. Light citrus and sap; moderately bitter. Needs more hop presence. Yeasty-bitter finish. Soft, medium-bodied; a little creamy.

The flavor is along those same lines, with a little bit of mild spice. Light-bodied, with moderate carbonation and a dry, grassy mouthfeel. Reading this description, it doesn’t seem like much but this was a nice, easy drinking beer.
