COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Fresh, crisp and inviting, this golden ale is a favorite with crab, prawns and salads. The floral aroma of hops is derived from dry hopping during the fermentation process.

Aroma: Mild yet complex aroma of mild citrus, flowery and malt notes. Appearance: Pours clear, golden yellow with a tall white head, highly carbonated Flavor: Balanced towards the malts, some hops flavor. The bitterness is on the low end. Mouth feel: It has a medium-light body Overall Impression: Easy drinking almost boring it is subtle in flavor and aroma. There is nothing that stands out with this beer (neither good nor bad). It seems to align with the style guidelines and the style guideline for a Blonde Ale describes a (boring) beer, I would not drink. I prefer beers with bigger flavor and more character.

Bottle courtesy of decaturstevo. Poured golden with a nice white head. Aroma of light toasted malts, hay, and pepper. Sweet flavor of malts, hay, and a light hop background. Light body, crisp, tingly carbonation.

Pours very yellow; very lager-like, with a small, foamy head. Aroma is weak and vague: There’s a little hoppiness in there, and some generic fruit, and that’s it. Flavor is only slightly hoppy, but somewhat corny, and that tastes cheap. Finish is decent enough, but far from impressive. This stuff is alright, but I doubt I’ll remember it past tonight. Overall, fair.

Gold pour with creamy head and lace. Sweet malt, pepper, floral hops, and hay. Medium light sweet malt, light candy, light bitter. Foamy, creamy, medium bodied beer. Why didn’t they call it Alaskan Gold?

Crushed with Jakebra. A golden? I’ll be damned. Either a shit pale or one of the best goldens I’ve ever tried. So smooth with no poop which is a surprise for a golden.

12oz bottle-pours a white head and slightly hazed yellow/gold color. Aroma is light malt, honey, hay, herbal hops. OK, below the PALE in small black print: golden. Aroma fits now. Taste is light malt, honey, hay, herbal/floral hops. Aggressive effervescence. Thanks decaturstevo for sharing.
