COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Fresh, crisp and inviting, this golden ale is a favorite with crab, prawns and salads. The floral aroma of hops is derived from dry hopping during the fermentation process.

Golden color with a small dense off white head. Sweet orange aromas and floral hops aromas. Light sweet start, with a drier middle that has some hopsack and honey qualities. Light palate with a gentle effervescence. Mild finish and linger, with hints of vanilla and light spice. An interesting pale. Thanks Falconseye8.

Light gold color, medium head, and hoppy nose. Medium hopped, dry malts. A good balance between malts and hops. Slight citrus taste. Nice flavor. Finish is mild, slightly bitter. Very drinkable.

Pours clear gold with thin white head. The mild aroma is sweet with malts to go along with a dash or two of citrus hops. The taste seems pretty crisp with modest bitter citrus hops riding above a thin layer of sweet malts. Light crisp refreshing brew.

Draft. Light amber color with a nice off-white head. Light tropical hop aroma. Tropical, citrus flavor with light malt. Lingering citrus and tropical. Well balanced. Medium bodied.

Picked up single 12-oz bottle at John’s Marketplace in Portland, OR. Pours a clear golden pale brew with a slow dissolving white head that has good lacing. Aroma of light bready malt, citrusy hops and a touch of grapefruit. Taste is light to medium bodied, some carbonation with a light bready and grapefruit flavor. Finish is slightly bitter but quickly disappears. One of the lighter pale ales I’ve tried but still a good session beer.

Sample at Alan’s HSC initation. This beer pours a clear golden color with a thin white head that fizzes away quickly. Lightl bready malt and hops in the nose. Light-bodied with flavors of sweet malt and honey, plus some mild hops and spice. The finish is sweet with notes of malt and citrus, and the aftertaste is mildly spiced hops. Overall, the name is misleading on this beer considering the style. Fairly average for what it is.

Light amber with quickly thinning head. Only a light citric aroma, but a decent hoppy citric and juicy flavor on top of a light sweet ale. Not what I think of in Alaska, but decent.

Aroma is a nice sweet maltiness. A little but of fruit, perhaps a tangerine or an apricot is around too. Light gold color with no head. Flavor is sweet light malt, a cereal kind of flavor, and light fruit. Finishes light and crisp. A nice blonde ale really being that this style is fairly bland and boring.

12-oz. Pours dark yellow, almost a deep straw color, with a fizzy, falling white head. Very sharp sweet grass fragrance, with some floral hops accentuating. Body’s almost all fizz--there are some light streams in the glass, but nothing prepares you for the Mr. Bubble mouthwashing you get. There’s some sweet hay hop in the finish, and some caramel-y malt on the mid-palate, too. This is a very sweet and kind nice mild mannered beer. Drinking it is like making conversation with your sheltered cousin at a family reunion--you know the one, with the overprotective parents, who get pretty steamed if you so much as say "darn" in front of him. I want to pat this beer on the head and buy it a pack of cigarettes so it can sneak off behind the boathouse for a while.

Clear, bright brassy orange-golden. Lively aroma of stonefruits (peaches mostly) and clean pale malt. Crisp pale malt palate with a subtle and refreshing fruity hop finish of moderate bitterness. Very nice, and extremely sessionable!
