Picked up a single 12-oz bottle at John’s Marketplace in Portland, Oregon. Pours an opaque dark reddish brown brew with a thin tan head that slowly dissolves. Aroma of dark roasted malt, some dark chocolate, dark pitted fruits and a touch of molasses. Taste is full bodied, very lightly carbonated with a smooth and creamy texture. Nice flavors of oatmeal, dark chocolate and toasted malt. Finish is semi-sweet with a slight chocolate aftertaste.

Thanks Skyview! Black color with no head. Slight coffee aroma. Very sweet taste with plenty of malt and lactose to go around. The coffee fades off and while the roasted malt is there, it’s very faint. Slight chocolate.

Thanks to Skyview for sharing. Pours a nice dark reddish black color. Nice deep chocloate, mollasses, and ripe dark fruits on the nose. Kinda light mouthfeel with a good dose of smokiness as well as a light dose of chocolate as well as. Pretty nice.

Deep brown with dark ruby highlights and a small tan head. Roasted malts, coffee, molasses, oatmeal, cocoa, and some refreshing dark fruits. The flavor is a little harsh, not as inviting as the aroma implies. Burnt malts, molasses, bittersweet cocoa, and some oats. Smooth, full body with a definite biter finish. Solid, but the flavor isn’t as organized as I’d like.

Pours dark brown with a tan head. Smells of chocolate with some orangey hints. Palate is thin. Finish has tarte hints.

I like this, pretty good oatmeal stout. Pours a dark brown with tan head. Chocolate, grains, oats, coffee, and some creaminess. Mouthfeel is nice soft, and creamy.
