UPDATED: JUL 28, 2013 pleasant and fruity. nice after work beer. I think it?s better than the regular Alaskan amber.

Appearance: pours a healthy 3" white sudsy head that recedes rapidly. Very faint lacing, modest amount of carbonation bubbles streaming. Color is a light golden and clear. Aroma: mild toffee aroma, some grassy smell, just a hint of hop bitterness. Mouthfeel: light and frothy like a soft drink with a mostly dry finish. Flavor: toffee, lightly roasted barley malt, grass, a bit of lemon, and some bittering hops in the finish. Overall: pleasant, drinkable. Not outstanding, but not bad either.

Peach/pear zing with a little pine aroma. Clear golden color with thin white head. Pine start with some zing on the end of the tongue and a bit of bitter copper aftertaste. Pretty good for the price. I would take it disc golfing with me.

Poured from 355mL bottle. Clear medium yellow with a little white head. Wheat aroma with a very light hint of honey and spice. Predominantly grainy flavour with little else to support it. Light texture and not much of a finish.

Doesn't smell the best but tastes alright. Alaskan Summer could be a new favorite with a few tweaks. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
