Great beer. Normally a fan of dark dark stuff but this is a worthy equivalent in a light beer. Super light but doesn?t taste cheap. absolutely no bitterness (for better or worse). Solid loud body but no overwhelming flavors. Mild corn aroma. Nice head.

Clear yellow gold. Nose is mild; a bit yeasty/funky. Mild palate has basement/yeast flavor. Not in a particularly bad way. Its not the best, but its easy-drinking and not offensive.

Bottle. Pours a clear gold with a half finger of white head. Settles in seconds with minimal lacing. Aroma is malt, bread, dough, shoe. Flavor is mild, malty, nutty, bitter. Mild, malty, sweet. Moderate carbonation, light body, and crisp texture. A drinkable, sweet, mildly malty beer.

Really an odd malt bomb considering the style. It is by no means REALLY malty but it might be the most malty kolsch i’ve ever had. Pours a dark almost amber color with no head and very few bubbles. aroma is malt forward with a hint of the expected kolsch yeast. taste is sweet with caramel malts and no noticeable hop presence. palate is a bit sticky and not super refreshing. overall it is a slightly unexpected and not entirely welcomed take on the style.

Bottle at Columbia event. Pours a clear golden color, aroma biscuity sweet and malty. Medium liveliness, finish subtle and slightly sweet. Not the best kolsch I’ve had, not the worst.

Standard yellow color in the glass with a small head. There is fruit on the nose like apples and apricots. Taste has more fruit mostly pears. Also some lemon zest. There is also a resin like finish which makes it smooth.

Nice, easy to drink Kolsch. True to its name it’s light and refreshing. Probably about the right amount of flavor for the style. Not great, but okay for the right time.

12 ounce bottle. Pours a pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma of grain, malt, and citrus. Taste is similar. OK for a hot day.

Bottle. Pours ligher orange with no head. Aromas of wet cardboard, yeast, and a bit of sweet malt. Flavor is much if the same, but with little to no carbonation. I think I got an old bottle.....

Pours a pale yellow. Flavor is interesting but nothing to brag about. Weak aroma, weak taste.

16 ounce tap at Eastlake Bar & Grille in Seattle. This stuff with mediocre in several categories. It was a pale pilsner yellow. No foam, nor lacing, nor any favorable aroma besides natty light sort of gas. As it got warmer due to my lack of motivation to drink it, it tasted more metallic and less appealing.
