Picked up a 12-oz bottle from ABA annual meeting beer swap in Portland, OR. Pours a golden amber brew with a creamy off-white that dissolves to a fine film. Aroma of tart citrus fruits, iced tea, and a touch of honey. Taste is a good balance of sweet and tart fruits, some lemon peel and a hint of yeast. Finish is dry and a tart citrus aftertaste.

Aug 18, 2008 Bottle. Color is straw to golden in color with a light white head. Clear. Smell is floral, fruits, some spices, and malts. Taste is pretty light with some malts, hops, grass, fruits. Pretty easy going.

Aug 11, 2008 Poured in a lager glass, Light colored yellow and slightly cloudy.
Nose: malty, grassy, hops and hints of yeast
Taste. Hallertauer hop comes through with a rounded malt character. and hints of yeast and grass passes through the malt character.
Finish. Slightly bitter and linger for a second or two.
Overall. Kolsch is not my style of beer but it was descent and good drinking..

Golden colored brew. Spicy, hoppy and dry. Crisp.

Aug 10, 2008 355ml bottle. Clear golden body with a white head. A light, sweet malt, hoppy aroma. Flavor is fruity, refreshing, light malty with aromahops. A bit thin body and not very bitter, the hops is more dominant in the aftertaste. Quite pure to Kölsch style.
