COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Formerly known As Alaskan Belgian Wit

Brewed with coriander, bitter orange peel and malted wheat, Alaskan White Ale has a light and crisp body pleasant tartness followed by slightly spicy aftertaste. The malted wheat gives the beer a more full and lightly malty mouthfeel. There is an aroma and flavor of wheat and coriander, with a dry and refreshingly carbonated finish.

Straw colored. Mildly hazy. Light white head and no lacing. Very light aroma. Small amount of malt sweetness and a little bit of a metallic scent. Somewhat bland flavors. Wheat comes through the most with a bit of biscuitiness. Spices arenít all that noticeable and only a small neutral hop presence. Mostly sweet finish. ---Rated via iPhone

Visually, the beer is a very slick and light golden color with a good head at the top. The aroma has subtle hints of citrus, but they are so subtle that they barely register. The beer is mediocre on the palate. Itís very watery and light and goes down easily. Taste is vaguely bitter.

Starts out with a very nice look, clear, bubbly, and a nice head. Good aroma with hint of orange. Full flavor that goes down well. Great taste with a slight bitter aftertaste. Overall a good beer worth a try. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Grainy aroma. Light gold, little head no lacing. Slick palate with slight grassy and resin herbal hop flavor. Canít taste any orange or coriander, but there is some spicy phenol in the finish. Also canít taste any wheat. Prob the worst al alaskan beer Iíve had and not much of a wheat beer .

3/12/2014. From bottle. Pours golden yellow with a creamy white head. Aromas of wheat, spice and light citrus. Apricot and spicy flavors, very mellow and easy to drink.

Bottle pour. Pours a hazy gold to copper with a big white head of foam. The aroma has big fruity spices with a solid wheaty, bready backbone. Taste is fait sweet with that bready, spice forward character taking precedence. Light to medium body and medium carbonation. Very good.
