COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Formerly known As Alaskan Belgian Wit

Brewed with coriander, bitter orange peel and malted wheat, Alaskan White Ale has a light and crisp body pleasant tartness followed by slightly spicy aftertaste. The malted wheat gives the beer a more full and lightly malty mouthfeel. There is an aroma and flavor of wheat and coriander, with a dry and refreshingly carbonated finish.

Nice spice flavors with the coriander. Very similar to Sam Adams summer ale. Overall very tasty and different from your standard ale.

Really great, smooth mouthfeel. Orange sweetness on the front of the palate with a slight coriander spice and wheat/grain finish. Perfect for summer.

Pours a nice slightly hazy yellow with a large white head. Aroma is yeasts, wheat, coriander, malt, spices. Flavor is a light sweetness, touch of yeast, subtle spices, wheat, orange. Refreshing but a little bland.

Poured a hazy gold with a thinish head. Nose of slight citrus. In the mouth it is a bit thin, but refreshing.

This beer is mediocre in my opinion. Many state an orange type citrus flavor, but it tasted like a peach after taste to me. All around average beer that I would take if there was nothing else. I know this isn’t much of a review, but hope it helps.

This beer is a cloudy yellow color with a medium thick and foamy white head that diminishes steadily. Partial rings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of wheat, spices and fruit. Light-bodied with flavors of citrus, coriander, wheat and yeast. The finish is fruity with a spiced citrus aftertaste. Decent overall.

Presentation: It was poured from a brown 12 ounce bottle into tulip glass. Appearance: The body has a heavy haze and a peach color with a light white head on top. The head is small and fades quickly making some slick lacing. Smell: I get a nice lemony citrus along with some spicy close and orange rind over light wheat notes. Taste/Palate: There is a big spicy clove and sweet lemony/orange presence up front with light wheat notes backing it up. I also get a slight astringent note and some pale hop bitterness on the back end. This all comes in a smooth feeling medium bodied package.

Spicy and slight citrus. No distinct aftertaste. Light sweetness, lightly bitter, medium sourness, hazy, light body.

Via trade with Crajun. The aroma is fruit, pepper, cereal grain, a tad weak. The appearance is clear gld, white head. The flavor is fruit, pepper, yeast, grainy. The finish is mildly spicy. Weak again. Not great, not objectionable.

Pretty nice white ale! kind of a light color body with lots of bubbling. Leaves a little spicy after taste but not overpowering or putting off. Will try again.
