2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 marcus (4047) - Sacramento, California, USA - APR 14, 2009
Unlike most witbiers, this one is golden in color. There is a fruity aroma and a sweet spiced flavor, which is too thin. The finish is dry and slightly bitter.
2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20 GT2 (3942) - Washington DC, USA - JUL 5, 2010
Bottle. A) Not a witbier. B) Sucked. Poured a slightly hazy deep yellow to orange (?) with a massive white head with decent retention and no lace. Diacetyl, feet, old candies in the nose. Taste is diacetyl bomb with a mostly watery body. Slight hops bitterness. What!? Drain Pour.

Nice spice aroma, some definite coriander. This is a pretty good beer. Not too wheaty, some great spices and overall a good wit.
3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 phaleslu (3530) - Saint Louis, Missouri, USA - APR 18, 2011
Draft sample at the Schlafly Repeal of Prohibition festival. Pours a cloudy, pale, dull yellow-gold with a massive, frothy white head that leaves a lot of lacing in the glass. Aroma of lemon citrus, wheat, bready malts, coriander, and a little orange peel as it warmed. Flavor was the same, but so mild and watered down. Light-bodied, with moderate soft carbonation and a wheaty, bready mouthfeel. Very basic witbier.
2.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20 JK (3505) - Uptown, Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - MAR 28, 2012
A substandard wit. It looks the part, nearly white. Low carbonation. Minimal aroma, what is there matches the style, but it is very light. Flavor is also light, lacking the wheat sweetness this beer should have. Just a hint of coriander. It is drinkable, but has little to offer.
