Light orange amber color with a smallish white head. Creamy, lightish body. Love the smooth creamy wheat. Modestly spiced. Easy. Nice.

Pours a slightly hazy golden color with white head. Very drinkable, but a little too tart for my taste

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle in pint glass. Clear golden yellow with a tall head, it turns hazy with precipitate soon as the foam settles. Aroma is light citrus and grain, taste is citrusy, flowery--nothing exotic really, just a decent and satisfactory golden wheat ale that satisfies without trying to be more than it should be. And to me, that worth a lot. Score: A

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Translucent, cloudy golden yellow with a mid sized head. Unenthusiastic white aroma containing yeast, citrus, honey, and malt. Although the taste isn’t spectacular, I appreciate the novelty. It’s essentially a far more refreshing and less rich version of the typical Belgian White. Cream, yeast, honey, wheat, and malt are all there, but not nearly as bloating. Nice mildly hoppy finish.

couleur jaune; petite mousse blanche; arômes fruités mais discrets; goût malté, épicé et un peu floral; finale plutôt douce avec une pointe d’amertume

"pour looks more like an amercan yellow beer than the cloudy off white usually associated with the color. the aroma hit my nose immediately upon popping the top and was the beers strongpoint. fresh scent of citus and coriander and yeast. the feel was a little thin with prickly carbonation, and the flavor was refreshing (nothing unexpected) and a little understated. overall, a decent interpretation of a style i don’t get too excited about very often."

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Cloudy dull yellow-tan, malty-marshmallow, lemon and coriander. Malty body, lightly malty, floral, honeyish character. Not bad wit.

Bottle, pour is a well carbed ligght cloudy tan color. No head whatsoever. Some fruit aroma, light tangerine, gingersnap, and wheat funk. Medium light body. Good wheat beer though. Better than a blue moon any day. Great spices, has a bit of a nilla wafer aftertaste. Beer tastes better than it looks or smells.

Bottle says A 102514 (October 25 2014?)
Appearance: Hazy golden body with not much of a head, which very quickly dies. No lacing.
Aroma: Sour wheat scent. I’m not picking anything else up.
Taste: Coriander and a light wheat flavor. It is a very light beer overall. Not a whole lot of flavor presence.
Palate: Very light, a bit watered down. Low carbonation. Not much presence in the mouth.
Overall: I was not very impressed with this. For a beer with polar bear on the label I would have thought it might have more flavor to it. It is just too bland. Won’t drink again, I can recommend far better beers.
