UPDATED: JUL 19, 2004 Golden yellow with a massive white head and very nice lacing. Acidic slightly lambicy aroma, with hints of barnyard and hay. Body is pleasant and highly carbonated. Very acidic, but pleasantly tasty. Pleasant bitterness, lots of wheaty characteristics. Very suspicious that this bottle didn’t survive the trip since both the effervescence and the acidity suggest it was infected, but if that is the case it has served it well since everyone tasting enjoyed it. So if it is not on purpose, it does work for it! Thanks to Madeline for picking this one up for me while touring Europe.

Zitrusartiger, säuerlicher, aber leckererer Geruch. Der Geschmack ist so ähnlich, zitronig, im Abgang säuerlicher werdend, im allgemeinen aber recht mild. Test vom 15.6.2006, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 8,9,8,8,9,9 - 8,60

Bottled. Little hazy, pale yellow, white irregular head, few lace. Citric, lemon aroma. Flavor is also citric, lemon with a light bitterness. Thin and very onedimensional. Had it tap as well and this was less citric, less sour and more malty.

Hazy golden colour with a big white head. Aroma is acidic and funky, much like a lambic. Flavour is much milder than the flavour suggests, with a crisp bitterness and some wheat and yeast notes. A strange and refreshing beverage. Thanks to jercraigs.

Unique. Thanks to jercraigs at his cellar2004. Yeasty and grassy barnyardinviting aroma and good lacing in gloudy gold. Agressive carbonation. Not much taste, like a beer soda but good summer quench.
