My Bottom Line:
Honeyed malts and light alcohol heat are met by decent herbal hops and their bitterness for yet another smooth Lithuanian strong lager.

Further Personal Perceptions:
-A ring of foam circles the clear dark golden.
-The low carbonation and lean sugars make for a silky mouthfeel.
-This is the same kind of brew the government is trying to crack down on. Local drunkards apparently buy this type of brew a lot (some very good breweries make more money on this simple 8% golden brews than anything else) since it’s strong, smooth and comes in 2-liter plastic bottles. Still, this is leagues better than what the macros concoct for the masses over here.
-I’d much rather have their 4.7% version since it offers the same flavor profile with no alcohol presence and brighter cereals and hops.

Bottle.

Big sweet butter-popcorn aroma. Malty too. Body similar - a large sweet light-malt and popcorn base. Touch of cheese in aroma later. Decent real hop - resiny and aromatic. Very tasty strong farmhouse lager.

Plastic bottle 1 ltr @SOPP. Golden color, small white head. Bready, a bit diacetylic nose. Honey, butterscotch, alcohol, minerals. Very nice long hoppyness. Good, strong Lithuanian farm house beer.
