It’s amazing that this comes from New Jersey. Aroma and flavor are similar. Apples, grapes, some sweetness, honey and faint spice. Very smooth and quite drinkable. Pleasant and balanced with great flavors. Doesn’t finish too sweet either.

Aromas sour apples, honey and sweet grape.. Flavors a mixture of acid and sweet with a big apple finish.
I want to hate it, but it was surprisingly good for the style.

Pours a clear and reddish/brown beer with a weak offwhite head. The aroma is cherries, tart and basement. The flavor follows the nose. The palate is acidic. Overall a good beer.

375ml bottle courtesy of mar... Pours a mostly transparent golden honey-like elixir. Non-existent head to be expected with silky legs running down the sides of the glass... Sweet sacharine concentrated apple core at ir essence almos somewhat resembling an apple cobbler center without the spices or crust perspective... Sweet dessert post-dinner apartif with a considerable thick red delicious apple overtone. Thick in nature with a full bodied experience. Smooth with a concentrated apple cider influence obviously, not understated in any way, but partially overly sweet which may be the tendency of ice ciders overall. Tasty regardless and nonetheless.

Thanks to dedollewaitor. Blind tasted. Pours golden with no head. Aroma is red apple, pear and light sour notes. Flavour is red and green apple, pear, sweet, Alcohol, light acidic notes.

Bottle @ Blindtasting, Odense, July 2011. Pours clear golden with no head. Sweet nose- apples, vanilla, pear and oak. Sweet and vaguely tart mellow flavor of apples , oak and pear. Tasty stuff!

Golden with a small white head. Strong pear and apple aroma, with a bit of funk, vinegar and wood. Extremely sweet apple flavour with strong alcohol, and a slightly tart note. Has a complexity and vineous alcohol, but the sweetness is a bit too overwhelming.

Bottle at Paul’s tasting awhile back. Pours gold. Nose and taste of honey, apple and caramel candy. Smooth silky apple mouth feel.

Bottle thanks joey for the share. Pours a golden body with nice legs running up the glass. Sweet with honey apple crisps. Low acidity, crisp juicy apple and tart apple skins. Very nice.

375 ml bottle about 2 years old. Clear golden straw that leaves a clingy film. Nose is pear, baked apple and vanilla. Very syrupy, i’m reminded of melted Lifesavers. Taste is very sweet applesauce and caramelized sugar. Touches of green apple, cinnamon and grenadine. Gets ponderous after a while. Thick but not quite cloying.
