Bottle. Acidic aroma. Dark chestnut colour, unstable head. Malty flavour, attempted balanced by acidity, I guess, but not very successfully. Thin mouthfeel.

Ungstrup (26216) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - AUG 8, 2004
A red beer with a huge beige head. The aroma is very sweet with notes of malt and brewmash. The flavor is sweet and roasted - in a very good balance. The end is roasted without being bitter. The mouthfeel is very soft but the body is thin.

Pretty amber colour. Nice malty nose and flavour ending in a dryish, medium bitter finish. Not quite as good as Rød Tuborg but still a very decent beer! Why are all new Danish beers "Classic"?

UPDATED: OCT 29, 2004 Draft at 1000fryd, Aalborg. Regular white head which disappears quickly. Sweet, breadlike aroma. Nice red-brown glow. Sharp (nutty?) taste w. light/medium bitterness. Too much fizz.

This beer surprised me, it is actually pretty good!
Medium head on a clear amber/red body. Nose of malt (extract?). Flavor is sweet malty with a bitter finish. Sparkling.
