This fruity cider is made from vintage American cider apples and is enhanced by a bit of sweetness. We named it to honor our mother, Mary Margaret, who prefers a less dry profile. It sports mellow notes of tropical fruits – mango, pineapple, or kiwi. This cider is very palate friendly and is enjoyed with lighter spicy foods, fried chicken dinners or on its own.

Very light yellow in color. A nice tartness, a bit sweet, well balanced overall.

Bottle at the source. My favorite sample of the day. Lightly sweet apple. Earthy. Tasty.

Bottle @ Albermarle Ciderworks. Very pale yellow. Smells peachy to me with a tart undertone. Tastes winey. Hangs around.

From a bottle poured a yellow color with almost no head. Tart cider flavor with a quick finish.

750 mL bottle from Wine Warehouse shared at the Baltimore Late Late Summer Gathering, 9/14/13. Pours a slightly hazy yellow color with a thin fizzy head that quickly fades. Aroma of sweet apples, pears. The taste is sweet apples, earth, mild musty notes.

Bottle courtesy of Drake, thank you, Exceedingly pale yellow color, almost clear, with light carbonation. Aroma of dusty and slightly peppery dried apple skins. Taste is sweetish apple flesh, light cereal. Not bad.

Clear sparkling gold. Aroma is apple and apple peel. Flavor is apple, apple peel, and slight kiwi. Does have a bit of a tropical note. Very light hint of lingering sweetness. Not bad, although I do usually prefer a drier profile.
