Hazy pale light yellow colour with tiny white head. Bit earthy aroma with raisins and spices. Flavour is sweetish with citrus and spices. Not very good Witbier I’m afraid.

Bottle:
White frotty head, which disappears fairly quick, on top of a hazy yellow colored beer.
Smell typical wit beer ingredients: wheat, grains, light yeast, light fruity.
Taste is a pretty soft and watery mix of wheat, yeast, fruit, lemon, light citrus, light citric, hint of cardboard and some herbs.
Light fruity lighter soursweetbitter aftertaste.
Medium carbo and body, tingly mouthfeel and a watery texture.
Not bad, but had better.

Pours cloudy pale yellow with a white head. Aroma is wheat, orange peal and banana. Flavour is wheat, orange peal, coriander and fruit.

Pours an unclear and yellow beer with a white head. The aroma is malt, fruit, wheat and sweetness. The flavor follows the nose with additional notes of lemon. The palate is sweetness. Overall an average beer.

Cloudy pale yellow with a lasting white head. Aroma of grain, citrus and spice. Dry fruity flavour with coriander and citrus

Bottle @ Odense Tasting, September 2011. Pours cloudy golden with a creamy egg white head. Smooth. Vague coriander and wheat. Medium to thin body.

Aroma has hops, citrus and a little bit of vanilla. Not as bad as I suspected and overall slightly enjoyable. Has a very nice white/yellow color and a good foam head. Tends to get boring but not as bad as the Albert Heijn Pilsner.

Yuck smell and taste of sulfur and cardboard. I pray I won’t ever have to drink this again.
