There really is no aroma or appearance worth saying anything about. Flavour and palate are almost flatlining but there is a little something there reminiscant of a real beer

Almost no aroma, pretty pale apple and light malt flavors. Taste is bland malts, light dryness and basic hopiness that is pretty unimpressive. Appearance is a clear straw color with a pearl head that disappears almost instantly.

Big rock, keeping up their mediocrity. This is brewed for the masses. Light corny, vegetal aroma, no hops, very little grains. Needs to be served ice cold, cause you might get a bit of actual taste. God knows we cant have our beer taste like anything, i just want some straight easy drinking nothing to get me smashed! Thank god for the no aftertaste.

UPDATED: APR 7, 2014 It’s a middle of the road macro-beer for Alberta. It’s a corn pop, brewed cheap for those that don’t know better, and sadly, for those that don’t want better.

On tap as Masas Lager at Masas bar. Clear bright yellow, foamy white head fades fast. Typical corny grainy lager malt aroma and taste, unsweet and lightly bitter, inoffensive and easy to drink. Average carbonation, light bodied, low hopped. Decent industrial swill from Alberta. LF (Lagerboy Friendly) ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Dirty color, almost no head. Very watery and Boeing taste. Just one time in my Life...

355mL can poured pale straw color with small white head and tiny spots of lacing. This beer is very thin bodied with very malty taste and a terrible cheap hop aftertaste. This is a beer that you would take on a camping trip and probably still not enjoy it.

Had this on tap at Rip’s Pub - Crowfoot in Calgary, AB on 05/01/2011. They had it labeled at "Doghouse" but when asked who makes it, they said it was Alberta Genuine Draft. Colour: Light yellow, minimal head. Nose: Wheaty....but flat and without depth. Small hint of vinegar and little smackling of vanilla. Taste: Medium-light sweet, medium sour, light bitter. The sweetness isn’t completely sugary and does display a touch of caramel taste, but again a slight vinegary sourness, and an the wheat is nowhere to be seen. I think there might have been a tap-related issue but I did not expect an award-winning experience either.

Oh AGD. Reviewed straight from bright red can, aesthetically pleasing.
Poured some out to note clear, yellowy colour. Medium carbonation.
Aroma is corn and grass. Taste is exactly the same, with a bubbly mouthfeel of plain, grainy beer. Certainly one of the better dollar beers, but nothing one should ever drink seriously.
