COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
At the Orange, CA location. This light Bavarian Lager has a malty flavor and body with a finish that is slightly spicy. Diabolically east to drink.

Draft. Golden beer with an off-white head. Mineral and light grass aroma. Caramel and mineral flavor. Medium bodied. Caramel and mineral notes linger.

Meh - I felt like most of the beer at Alcatraz was pretty mediocre - this one was no exception. Golden color, thin head, tastes somewhat spicy, but mostly corny cheap grain. Little to distinguish this from the Searchlight Golden.

A: The pour is a clear yellow/straw color with a fluffy white head that dies away before too long. S: Smells like a glorified macro lager. A touch of bread and earthy hops are the only redeeming factors. There is a lot of corn and a touch of skunk, though, in case you were in need of those. T: Tastes like a glorified a macro lager as well. Mostly corn and rice flavor with a mild grain and bread character. Not really too much, if anything, in terms of hop character. M: The body is quite light with a moderate to high level of carbonation. D: Good for the power chugger in all of us. Not much that I really enjoyed about drinking this beer.

Draft at Anaheim location. Clear gold, small white head. Quite boring, light malt, a bit herbal, and some hops. not much going on here.

Tap at Anaheim. Pours a translucent golden with a small creamy white head. Aroma was lightly floral and spicy hops, cereal grains and bready malt. Flavor of the same.

On tap at the Anaheim location. Poured a medium and clear goldenc olor with a small sized white head. Aromas and tastes of graininess with maybe a light spicy finish. Both the aromas and tastes were really non-descript and quite boring. Lightl sweet finish with a thin body.
