This is a good looking beer, a dark brown with soft red highlighting and a foamy tan head that laced in sheets. It smells of coffee, roasted barley, and a splash or two of milk chocolate. The chocolate becomes more pronounced in the flavor and a mild earthy bitterness with a squirt of grapefruit juice are added to the blend. The finish is dry. Okay.
