Feb 11, 2007 From the tap this poured a yellow/gold body with a well-sized frothy head that did some artistic lacing. The aroma is light and toasty, sweet with a balance of grapefruit and lemon zest. Sep 1, 2008 @Indiana Beerfest-on tap-pours an off white head and amber color. Aroma is citrus/earthy hops (sterling?), some medium malt. Taste is citrus/earthy hops (sterling?), slight bitter, secondary medium malt-caramel. Finish is dryish.
