Cornfield (4343), Oak Forest, Illinois, USA Feb 11, 2007 From the tap this poured a yellow/gold body with a well-sized frothy head that did some artistic lacing. The aroma is light and toasty, sweet with a balance of grapefruit and lemon zest. The flavor is a balanced as the nose with the PNW hop bitterness emerging more in the finish. Sessionable stuff.
