Cask conditioned at the Pigs Ear Festival 4/12/07. Black with a slight off-white head. Plain chocolate aroma followed by flavour of dark fruit and more chocolate. decent dry finish. Good.

Cask conditioned - gravity dispense - Pigs Ear BF. An almost black coloured mild with a nice off-white head. The aroma has hints of dusty chocolate. More chocolate in the taste with coffee and fruit. Some sourness also. A feeling that the beer needs a stir as the chocolate impression is so dusty.
