A gluten-free wild ale. Brewed with 100% sorghum and fermented entirely with Brettanomyces Bruxellensis. A massive amount of red raspberries and pomegranate nicely compliment the sorghum

(draft) Red body with white/pink head. Aroma is medium sweet, raspberry, some tartness, light syrup, sourness. Taste is medium sweet, raspberry, some tartness, light raspberry astringency. Light-medium body, light stickiness. Very impressive for a gluten-free beer.

A reddish framboise with a thin pinkish white head. A pungenat aroma of raspberries pulp in maple syrup, very nice tart notes. In mouth, a nice acidity, with tart raspberries, like a classic Framboise (Lindemans). A proof of good gluten free beer! On tap at brewpub August 2 2009.

In short: A very sharp, acidic raspberries/pomegranate beer. Intensely refreshing. Very good.
How: Tap at brewpub
The look: Clear dark red body topped by a small off-white head
In long: The pleasant nose is intensely raspberries with a tiny bit of barnyard. Taste has lost raspberries, lots of pomegranate, some cherries. Tickling very active carbonation that is quite fitting with that type of beer. Acidity level is in the medium-high range, this is now a glass one can down in two minutes. The beer uses brett but I didn’t pick it up except a little barnyard on the nose. However the finish of the beer offers a nice dryness that is probably brett-induced. This is a very good beer. And this beer is gluten-free!! Certainly the best available to those allergic to cereals. Fortunately for me I’m not gluten-intolerant. I’m just, eh, well, intolerant.

on tap at the brewpub. Reddish pink in color with a pink head. Aroma of rasberries, light diacetyl from the brett, perhaps a touch of funk. Taste is rasberry, some light sorghum, some light tartness, some light diacetyl. Wasn’t a big fan of this ome, although it is better than regular sorghum offerings.

Draft at the brewpub - Pours a pretty pinkish red in color with a foamy pink head that stuck around for a while. Aroma is slightly sour and definitely of raspberries. Flavor is nicely sour (not overpowering) and strong with raspberries with a hint of citrus. Finish is clean and medium sour. The sourness and raspberries effectively hide any of the "strangeness" that the sorghum might produce. I like this one...

could not believe that this brew was a Gluten-free beer. The brew was served to me in a nice challis it had a pinkish colored head with a clear red body. Tons of little bubbles were rising from the bottom of the glass, yes it was pretty. The fruit flavor was right up front nice red raspberries and pomegranate dominated the brew I was looking for a little of the wet horse blanket aroma you normally get in a wild but this one didn’t have it. The flavor was more of the same great fresh red raspberries’. Nice and bitter sweet with a light citrus note in there as well. It had a medium to light feel in my mouth with ample carbonation for my tongue I’ll say it again this is an Incredible Gluten-free beer, I could not believe it. This beer is an awesome Framboise as well. A second glass of this brew was a given to me
