Pours cloudy orange/brown. No head. Almost no smell at all. Taste is fruity, with some spice and a bit of tang. Very light bodied, as most sorghum brews are. Not my thing at all. But it is better than other G free beers Iíve had.

Orange pour with little head. Aroma is citrus, pepper and yeast. Flavor is quite estery. Tons of pepper in the finish. Overly spiced. Palate is a little thick. Not exactly refreshing. Can be a bit overwhelming to try to drink more than one. Malt character is unsurprisingly strange. If I were stuck gluten free I'd grab this every once in a while, but it's not something I want regularly.

Bottle from BottleSelect.com. Pours hazy amber with a creamy beige head. Aroma is sort of lightly spiced light stone fruit. Near med body. Flavor is spice and some sort of citrus. Meh. Itís a little gluey in flavor. Maybe even in texture. Finishes a little bit peppery/spicy.

Gluten Free, made with sorghum. Iím excited for this given the advance of some sorghum beers lately (Widmer really did it right IMO) Bottled: unk Muddled apricot color with a fine light cream sheet of foam. Nice cloudy lace. Smells of flowers, coriander, clay, udder hand lotion, a hint of butter and some orange peel. The yeast is pretty intense in the nose. Flavor is heavily yeasty and has an almost mushy consistency for me, hard for me to get past the yeast here. Some medicinal character and black olive juice flavors. Boom, just realized why I dislike this beer - the yeast reminds me of Unibroue - nasty. Full thickness and slippery with a longer than desired finish for me. I am thankful to have had this, I am thankful to never likely have this again. Serving type: bottle 08-16-2012

bottle. i suppose this is good for the style of gluten free. that being said, golden orange pour, fruity yeastiness, not sure what sorghum tastes like but it must be bland
