| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Jan 2, 2008 In short: Typical basic caramelized brewpub ale. Good entry-level but not for the beer geek.
How: Tap at brewpub december 2007
The look: Clear copper body with a medium off-white head
In long: Basic fruity caramel malt profile with almost enough citrusy and pine-tree hops to balance it off. Medium sweetness, light bitterness, short finish, medium body, medium carbonation. Well brewed but characterless. This is your basic entry-level “amber” beer for the customer adventurous to look pass the entry-level blonde ale. The type of adventurous people who don’t always wait for the green light to cross the street.
