Nose is full of mosaic and citra hops - lots of tropical, citrus, juicy fruit, soft malt base pale and possibly a little bread. Occasionally I get some sweatiness from the mosaic. Lightly hazed golden pour, nice white head. Flavors of citrus, dank, some juicy fruit gum, some light sweat and garlic show up. Clean crisp malt base with light bread and sweetness. Lingering chewy juicy hops. Really nice. If I lived in Vermont I would buy it. Would I line up for hours or follow trucks around to get it? No. Would I trade for it and post pictures on the computer bragging to people that I have it? No, but I’m not Cordova or Enloe and I have plenty of friends already and was moderately sociable in both high school and college so I have nothing to compensate for. Glad I got to try it. Thanks!

Can from the brewery, less than a week old. Focal banger IPA 7% An opaque orange honey gold with a thick foamy head. Prickly pear and big juicy hop notes in the aroma. Medium to light bodied with a ton of juicy raspy hops - definitely a New England ipa. Good stuff. 3.8

Can from a friend. Turbid straw pour with white head. Nose is that huge and great Vermont IPA nose, with florals, honeydew, mango, and juicy hops. Tastes hoppy, floral, fruity, with a smooth and very hoppy finish. This one is as good as my friends told me it was. Outstanding.

Can, 1 pint. Sparkling clearish golden with a frothy offwhite head. Juicy tropical hop aromas, hints of citrus, caramel, resin. Medium bodied, fizzy carbonation. Thick and oily. Medium sweet, heavily bitter. Stinging hoppy and malty character into a harsh hoppy and alcohol finish.

Pours a moderately hazy golden with a small white head that leaves nice lacing. Nose is of onions, garlic with some very light cat pee. Taste is moderately sweet and firmly bitter, offers some nice tropical fruits along with some alcohol. Some onions carry into the taste as well. Long lasting bitter finish, a little peppery. Body is medium, carbonation moderate. Oily. A pretty good IPA but I tend to prefer mine fruitier/juicier and this one is a tad too onion-centric for me to enjoy it fully.

16oz can thanks to Jeremy. Followed The Crusher with this, which is also but stands just in the shadow of the Crusher. Pale golden with small airy head., A melange of malts and hops with some floral notes, carries over to the taste, a bit lighter than the former, and more savory to boot. The Alchemist has it going on!
