COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A new British-American IPA made with British yeast and malts with a blend of British and American hops. Double dry hopped with a LOT of Fuggles hops.

(draft) Clear amber body with soft off-white head. Aroma is medium sweet, orange/floral. Taste is medium sweet, orange, caramel, light spice. Medium body, some resin, light acidity.

Draft at the brewpub - Poured a light orange-amber in color with a medium off-white head which faded and produce only a small amount of lacing on the glass. Aroma was heavy with floral hops and little else. Flavor matched the aroma profile... not strongly flavor or as bitter as I expected. Just an average IPA... a bit disappointing given John’s talent for hoppy beers.
