This is just an awesome beer. The hops are thick and delicious, and with a wonderful taste, even though it comes from a can. I am not even going to try and describe the taste, all I can say is if you are in the area drive over to Waterbury Vermont and give it a try. Its a bit pricey, but worth every penny.

Looks like dirty sewer water dumped into a light beer, smaller off white head. Aroma is tropical fruit, marijuana, onions. Similar flavor, lots of onions, garlic, tomato, juicy fruit, papaya, and orange. Bitter finish, pretty dry for the ABV. Reminds me exactly of what Toppling Goliath is doing around here.

can pour. medium-dark gold body suggests a high pale malt grain bill percentage (encouraging!). pungent and musty fresh hop ones in the nose come across as a mix of C-note fruit, Simcoe-like cattiness and Summit-like vegetables (onion / shallot / garlic). Highly bitter with low relative sweetness results in a wonderfully balanced but brutally bitter IPA in the vein of Pliny the Elder, though more rough and acidic and less fruity. Still, wonderfully flavorful with a vibrant texture front to back.

Pours murky, great tracing. Apricot colour, smells really fruity, sweet apples and oranges. Taste comes through hard core. Really drinkable aftertaste. It’s got the bitterness but comes through really smooth. Lives up to the reputation. Amazing sitting in the sun patio at Farmhouse Tap and Grill drinking something this good from an unassuming silver tall can.

Can sample at a tasting at Rotem’s place. Thanks DSG. Hazy, golden with residue that made the glass look like snow-globe, white head. Delicate citrus and thick pine aroma, tastes very bitter but really nice. Abrupt finish, light body, smooth and very drinkable.

Can and yes i poured it in to a glass. Poured a burnt orange with a nice head. Nose was classic and firm hops. Delicious hop front, well balanced to a semi smooth lightly bitter finish. Really nice.

Stopped by and picked up 2 4paks of cans last year. it was shortly after Hurricane Irene destroyed the area. Wish I would have known just how good it was. Now by far one of my favorite. Great big hoppy taste, great finish. Very smooth drinking
