Semi-sweet citrus and hop flavor up front. Not much syrup or boozy tones. Sweeps into a bitter grapefruit and fresh hop middle and then trails of with various notes of pine, citrus peel, subtle malt with little to no booze at the end. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Thanks Kristin who I went to high school with and isnít even on RB. I still felt like I should give props. Cloudy yellow with a white head. The aroma contains some lemons, tropical fruits, and perfume. Unique. The flavor is quite bitter but not overpowering with some lemons, pineapple, and a hint of grapefruit. It remains fairly tame by some hop destroying beerís standards without a big malt presence either. There is a hint of sweetness in the finish. It suggests I drink it from the can. At first I was like hell no. But once I tried it I kind of get it. Is this worthy of the hype? Maybe Iíve had better IPAs. But its very good nonetheless.

canned, big thanks to hoffman for bringing this along to festival na naplavce. lightly hazed golden with a firm head; aroma of pine, grapefruit, toffeed stonefruits; big whack of bitterness with some warming, faintly medicinal alcohol, red berries, nicely balanced; not hard to see why this is so popular

From can, poured a little to take a look. Cloudy yellow with a bit of white head. Aroma is intense fresh hops. Well balanced with much of the hops right in the front. Piney without being resiny, finishes with a crisp bitterness.

Can thanks to Jack! Pours a clear golden orange with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of bitter citrus with some light pine and a bit of a sweet grain backbone. Flavor is similar with a great combination of bitter citrus and pine with a light grass note and a light sweet grain backbone.

From can on 10/1/15. Nose is nicely resinous, pine, citrus. Taste is the same. Not overly complex. Very well balanced. Not too bitter. Piney, citrusy, yummy. Poured into a glass. Looks great. Cloudy VT IPA. Creamy texture. Thick lacing. I like it. Not life changing or mind blowing but just really really well done.

I wrote a long fucking essay about this beer, then RateBeer deleted my essay, so fuck it. Iíll sum it up real quick: I was disappointed. Sip of Sunshine is better. Blue Dot is better. Dirt Wolf might be just as good, and it sits on the shelves everywhere I go. A great beer, but not worth the hype.

Out of a can as advised. Floral, soft melon, mango, mild grassy bitterness, nectar/honey, touch of graininess. Very soft and delicate. Ridiculously good.

Very anxious to try this. Been trying to trade for it all summer. Canned Sept.7th Pours a very hazy bright orange body, looks similar to orange juice. Head was pearl white and an inch. Head retention and lacing were extremely good. Smell is big on citrus and resinous pine. Guava, pineapple, and mandarin orange dominate the nose. Not much malt and no alcohol is detected. Taste is of peppery, bitter, tree sap, mixed with acidic pineapple and grapefruit. Lime rind and juniper berries are also in there, bitterness increases as beer warms. Malt and alcohol are pretty light. Mouthfeel is medium bodied and well carbonated. Head stayed throughout duration of consumption, added a nice froth to the beer. Overall this was a very good Ipa. One of the most visually pleasing beers Iíve seen, very unique. The hype surrounding this beer is very high and to a certain degree I think its a detractor to the overall score. Would love this beer more if it wasnít such a pain to get, donít think it falls into the category of all time best when it comes to its style.

From a can pours out a golden topped with a nice head. Have had this a few times and is always good. Nose is pine citrus hops a nice caramel sweetness. Taste is more of the nice hop kick well balanced malt bill. Not to sweet and just the right amount of bitterness.
