UPDATED: JAN 8, 2013 got in a trade at BBF . pours.. NOT? lets try and drink this as i should, fresh, canned, and with pleasure. opened the can, i can smell a direct passing scent of bitterness and sweet hops, just like a small wind, it comes and goes in seconds... smelling to the can does say this baby WILL be delicious ! waaw! nothing like any other canned beer ! how do i say this right? it has like the ultimate mouthfeel, it fills it up like a good candi or ( i know this might sound weirs ) meat. LOVE it . hopps are bitter, yet also sweet, very in yer face, withoud going over the top. minutes of aftertaste, on a IPA... damn, this is totaly worth its name, if not even more ! and goddamn, i WANT more ! tasted it also at BBF, but cold, this beer is just something else ! WAAWED

Good solid hoppy murkiness (yes, I poured a bit into a glass) - resiny and piney, pretty stock standard. Was expecting, considering the hype on here, a lot more. Fresh? Oh yes, this can great fully recieved, I was informed that it was approx two weeks old. Considering all things, this is a good IPA, but I am suprised as to the following it has. But, I am retisent to judge a beer on one can alone.

Wow! Hops! Aroma of pine resin, lemon, slight grapefruit zest and amazing hops. Pours super hazy with orange and a foamy head. Dreggs even look good. Taste is like a hop explosion. Not too bitter. Sweet hops of grapefruit, resin, and caramel. Delicious IPA. I could drink this all night if I lived near Vermont.

16oz can from lemonhead, thanks Bry. Very hazy golden orange with a small dense off white head and lots of chunky coagulated proteins. Aroma of pine resin, floral, tropical fruit, citrus and caramel. Flavor is full of hops, you really can taste them, the bitterness is not overpowering and there is some light caramel sweetness. Medium body with soft carbonation and a creamy mouth feel. Fantastic beer, more hop flavor than I’ve ever experienced in a beer with out being overly bitter, alcohol is well hidden too.

Can thanks to Drewbeerme! Pours a very hazy gold with a sticky white head. Nose is fruity and fresh, woody and resiny hops and soft sweet malt notes as well. On tasting, firm bitterness though not harsh. Light sweetness and very fruity and woody hops. Clean and fresh overall. Really solid but not top of the world.

Merci Charles!! Spectaculaire.

UPDATED: NOV 4, 2012 Can. Pours a dark copper with mininal head. Aroma is incredible. Very strong hop smells. Taste is nice and hoppy. Not bitter or over-powering. Alcohol is well balanced. Overall an incredibly good beer. Re-tried this at Darkness Day and was very impressed. It was better than I remembered it, the cans were also fresher.

Can pours a cloudy orange/copper with a medium white head. Aroma of apricot, oranges, grapefruit, slight scotch tape, caramel malts, and resinous hops. Taste of sweet caramel malts, slightly nutty, citrus, and resinous pine hops. Drank from the can and felt the same way. This is a really nice drinkable DIPA. However, it is nowhere near one of the best I’ve ever had, the hops just aren’t there. Over-hyped? I think so. I’d take a Daisy Cutter, Zombie Dust, or Day Tripper over this any day.

UPDATED: AUG 16, 2014 1200th rating had to be a bit more or less special... Glad I got this one in a trade, allready was looking forward to it for a while. Got this in a can, and it should be pretty fresh. Drank it from the can, like is told on it, but also poured a small amount in a glass, to see how it looks. There are some small floaters inside (but allready drank some from the can, so mixed inside ofcourse with the bottom) in a golden coloured beer, a small to medium head, that maybe should hold some longer, but ok. Nice grassy hops, a decent amount of citrus and other fruits inside the smell, one of the best smelling beers I got till now. Also some grapefruits and peaches, very fruity and even sweet at the smell. The taste is very nice bittering grassy hops with a decent mixture of sour fruits, with a nice sweet touch to it, and a good bitter-citrus/grass end. Nice refreshing brew, maybe just over the top, but one I hope to get my hands on again, without pulling out a kidney or something. Retaste on 18 Aug 2014. Realy, drink this one fresh, cause the slightly aged I got today wasn’t that great. Still very good :)
