on tap-pours a retaining big foamy/creamy light tan head and hazy amber color. Aroma is cascade hops-citrus. Taste is cascade hops-citrus, uber dry, bitter, raw. An I2PA less the slick mouth feel. OK carbonation.

Draft at the Blind Tiger. Nice orange pour, with a thin white film on top. Aroma is pine hops, lemon rind, and citrusy hop oils. The flavor is the same, oily and resiny mouthfeel and good bitterness. There is a lot of citrus in the end, and good malt throughout.

(Rating #979)

On draught at Alchemist. Pours copper with a thin white head. Smells of citrus ad perfume. Taste is hoppy with more hops on the finish. An unexpected hop bomb.

Partly cloudy dark yellow body topped by small white head. Conventionally malted body with a malt sweetness residing somewhere between honey and caramel. The beer balance is towards the hops. Generous amount of many types of hops with a resulting hop flavour being 75% citrus-fruits and 25% resinous coniferous. Very nice. Bitterness of medium intensity and finish of medium length. Very good although side-by-side I preferred their regular IPA (Holy Cow). But besides the Holy Cow, few beer can Topper.
